Sunbelt Rentals, a leader in the rental industry in North America, is in search of an Operations Center Leader.

The Operations Center Leader is accountable for the comprehensive direction, coordination, and assessment of the rental center operations. This role encompasses leading all facets of Sales, Customer Service, Fleet Management, and Logistics, ensuring the attainment of financial and operational objectives. Additionally, the position is responsible for the unit's operational and financial reporting.

Qualifications for Success:

  • A degree in Business Management with a minimum of 1 year of experience in the Rental Industry OR 3-4 years of relevant experience in the Rental Industry
  • A valid driver's license and a satisfactory driving record

Essential Skills and Abilities:

  • Exceptional leadership and communication capabilities
  • Comprehension of Profit & Loss statements and other critical financial metrics
  • Background in outside sales or experience in negotiation and persuasion
  • Familiarity with construction or industrial sectors is advantageous
  • High accountability, effective time management, and a commitment to learning all business aspects

The physical requirements of this position include bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, and lifting weights of 50 pounds or more, as well as working in both indoor and outdoor settings as necessary.
