About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cybersecurity Practice Leader to join our team at CareerBeacon. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving revenue and EBITDA performance, managing financial targets, and staying up-to-date with industry developments.

Key Responsibilities
  • P&L Ownership: Take ownership of the practice's financial performance and drive profitable revenue growth.
  • Revenue Growth: Identify and pursue new growth opportunities in the practice, including Managed Services and Professional Services.
  • Performance Management: Manage key unit, deal, and profitability targets, and lead monthly practice reviews.
  • Category Strategy: Develop customer-centric product roadmaps, maintain a market-leading value proposition, and apply industry knowledge to enrich category strategy.
Requirements
  • Cybersecurity Expertise: Possess expert knowledge in cybersecurity, including common frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, and SOC2.
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrate strong leadership skills, with a proven track record of building high-performance teams and delivering revenue/margin growth.
  • Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively partner with internal stakeholders and negotiate agreements.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Cybersecurity Certifications: Hold one or more cybersecurity industry certifications.
  • M&A Experience: Have experience with M&A, preferably in the cybersecurity space.
