About the Role

CareerBeacon is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Cybersecurity Practice Leader to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving revenue and EBITDA performance, managing financial targets, and staying up-to-date with industry developments.

Key Responsibilities
  • P&L Ownership: Take ownership of the practice's financial performance and make strategic decisions to drive growth.
  • Revenue Growth: Identify and pursue new growth opportunities in the practice, including Managed Services and Professional Services.
  • Performance Management: Manage key unit, deal, and profitability targets, and lead monthly practice reviews to ensure success.
Category Strategy
  • Customer-Centric Product Roadmaps: Develop product roadmaps that meet customer needs and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Market Leading Value Proposition: Maintain a strong value proposition that sets us apart from the competition.
  • Industry Expertise: Apply your knowledge and expertise to enrich our category strategy and drive business growth.
  • Innovation: Generate new ideas and bring them to life to drive business growth and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Vendor Strategy: Manage vendor relationships and strike strategic partnerships to drive business growth.
  • Consultancy Approach: Adopt a consultancy approach to drive solution sales and achieve business goals.
Demand Generation
  • Partner with Internal Stakeholders: Partner with internal stakeholders to develop take-to-market programs, events, and pricing strategies.
Thought Leadership
  • Industry Events: Represent CareerBeacon at industry events and foster partnerships that drive business growth.
  • Industry Analyst Community: Engage with the industry analyst community to stay ahead of the competition and drive business growth.
  • Talent Development: Recruit, inspire, develop, and retain top talent to drive business growth.
  • Customer Engagement: Engage with key customers to understand their needs and demonstrate CareerBeacon's thought leadership in cybersecurity.
Critical Qualifications
  • Business Leadership: Proven track record of building high-performance teams, developing new markets, and delivering revenue and margin growth.
  • Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic thinking, focused execution, and collaborative leadership skills.
  • Cybersecurity Expertise: Expert knowledge in cybersecurity, including common frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, and SOC2.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills for top-level management audiences.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Cybersecurity Certifications: Hold one or more cybersecurity industry certifications.
  • M&A Experience: Experience with mergers and acquisitions, preferably in the cybersecurity space.
