About the Role

CareerBeacon is seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Practice Leader to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving revenue and EBITDA performance in the cybersecurity practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage to financial targets and stay up-to-date with industry developments to adapt the strategy as needed.
  • Directly engage with industry partners to drive sales and identify new growth opportunities in the practice, including Managed Services and Professional Services.
  • Performance Management - identify and achieve key unit/deal/profitability targets.
  • Manage the vendor strategy and strike strategic partnerships.
  • Define and adopt a consultancy approach to drive solution sales, including Professional and Managed Services.
  • Partner with internal business unit stakeholders (Pricing, IS Management, Marketing, Business Intelligence) for:
    • Engage with the industry analyst community.
    • Routinely invest time with key customers to understand current and anticipated business realities/challenges, and demonstrate CareerBeacon's thought leadership in cybersecurity.
Requirements
  • A versatile Business Leader with a strong track record of building high-performance teams, developing new markets, and delivering revenue/margin growth aligned with business vision.
  • Minimum 5 years of cybersecurity industry experience.
  • Expert knowledge in cybersecurity, including full knowledge and understanding of common cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, and SOC2.
  • Strong presentation skills for top-level management audiences.
  • Ideally hold one or more cybersecurity industry certifications.
  • Experience with M&A, preferably in the cybersecurity space.
