About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Management Leader to join our team at CareerBeacon. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving revenue and EBITDA performance in the Security Practice.

Key Responsibilities

  • P&L Ownership: You will be responsible for managing the financial performance of the Security Practice, including revenue and EBITDA targets.
  • Product Roadmap Development: You will develop and execute product roadmaps that meet the needs of our customers and drive business growth.
  • Category Strategy: You will maintain a deep understanding of the cybersecurity market and develop category strategies that position us for success.
  • Thought Leadership: You will establish ourselves as thought leaders in the cybersecurity industry through partnerships, industry events, and analyst engagement.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity product management or a related field.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to drive revenue and EBITDA growth.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of cybersecurity technologies and trends.
