Position Overview

The role of a Hotel Guest Services Attendant at ILIYAN HOSPITALITY INC involves providing exceptional service to guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their stay.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate ground transportation for guests.
  • Assist with luggage handling, including transporting bags by hand or using a hand truck.
  • Set up and manage window displays, showcases, and signage based on provided plans or instructions.
  • Support guests with various needs during their stay.
  • Help with the installation of audiovisual equipment and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
  • Manage luggage for passengers boarding ships.
  • Serve food and beverages to guests.
  • Address and resolve baggage-related issues.
  • Facilitate group arrivals and departures.
  • Guide incoming guests to their accommodations.
  • Provide detailed information about room features, hotel services, and local attractions.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • Ability to bend, crouch, and kneel as needed.
  • Capable of handling heavy loads.
  • Frequent walking is required.
Experience Requirements
  • Previous experience ranging from 1 to less than 7 months is preferred.
  • Employment duration is permanent.
  • Work language is English.
  • Standard working hours are 32 hours per week.
