Job Summary

Lighthouse Hospitality Management Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Guest Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our hotel operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer experiences and leading a team of hospitality professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of a team of 5-10 hospitality staff, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless hotel operations.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel, including managing inventory, coordinating maintenance, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Training and Development: Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of hotel staff, promoting a culture of excellence and customer service.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on hotel performance, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role in the hospitality industry
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 30 to 44 hours per week
