Position Overview

The role of a Front Desk Agent at ILIYAN HOSPITALITY INC is essential in providing a welcoming atmosphere for guests. This position requires a high level of customer service and attention to detail.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year in a similar role
Key Responsibilities
  • Check in arriving guests and allocate rooms accordingly
  • Manage group arrivals and departures efficiently
  • Handle room reservations, including taking, modifying, and canceling requests
  • Offer detailed information regarding hotel amenities and services
  • Provide insights about local attractions and points of interest
  • Facilitate guest departures, compute charges, and process payments
  • Maintain accurate records of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments
  • Answer phone calls and relay messages effectively
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance guest satisfaction
