Position Overview

The role of a Hospitality Guest Services Representative involves a variety of responsibilities aimed at ensuring a pleasant experience for guests at ILIYAN HOSPITALITY INC. This position requires a blend of customer service skills and operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transportation Coordination: Arrange ground transportation for guests as needed.
  • Luggage Handling: Assist in conveying guests' luggage using hand trucks or by hand.
  • Display Management: Set up and maintain window displays, showcases, and signage in accordance with provided plans.
  • Guest Assistance: Provide support to passengers and guests, ensuring their needs are met.
  • Audiovisual Support: Help with the installation of audiovisual equipment and troubleshoot any issues that arise during use.
  • Cruise Support: Carry luggage for guests boarding ships.
  • Food and Beverage Service: Serve food and beverages to guests as required.
  • Baggage Assistance: Address and resolve baggage-related issues for guests.
  • Group Management: Facilitate group arrivals and departures efficiently.
  • Room Escorting: Escort guests to their accommodations upon arrival.
  • Information Provision: Offer detailed information about room features, hotel services, and local attractions.
Work Environment and Physical Requirements
  • Physical Activities: The role requires bending, crouching, kneeling, and the ability to handle heavy loads.
  • Mobility: Frequent walking is necessary to assist guests and manage tasks.
Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: Previous experience ranging from 1 to less than 7 months in a similar role is preferred.
  • Employment Type: This is a permanent position.
  • Language Requirement: Proficiency in English is necessary.
  • Work Hours: The position requires a commitment of 32 hours per week.
