About the Role

The Territory Sales Manager is a key position within our organization, responsible for driving business growth and sales in the Greater Toronto Area. This role requires a strong work ethic, adaptable mindset, and ability to effectively manage a territory in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a territory business plan to achieve sales goals and objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with veterinary customers, providing solutions that meet their needs and preferences.
  • Utilize business acumen to gain adoption of new products and services in target accounts.
  • Manage and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Host and attend events, conferences, and meetings to build relationships and promote products.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or RVT preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of professional-level experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Preferred 2+ years of experience in a selling role, with a strong background in animal health industry.
  • Proficient in learning new computer applications and experience with GSuite or MS Office.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
