Key Responsibilities
  • Delegate tasks to sales personnel effectively.
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff to enhance their skills.
  • Authorize product returns and manage inventory levels.
  • Create and manage work schedules for the sales team.
  • Engage in direct sales activities.
  • Compile reports on sales performance, inventory management, and team dynamics.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and supply issues.
  • Maintain organized inventory systems.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff.
  • Conduct performance evaluations for team members.
Supervisory Responsibilities

You will be responsible for supervising a small team of 1 to 2 individuals.

Product Focus

Your role will involve working with personal care items.

Transportation Requirements
  • Must have personal transportation.

Work Conditions

This position requires the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage tight deadlines, and maintain attention to detail while performing various physical tasks, including:
