About the Role

Chandler Sales is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Interim Branch Manager to lead our Saint John Branch. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Safety and Compliance: Promote and support all safety initiatives to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Operational Efficiency: Ensure the functional efficiency of the warehouse and supervise the operational activities of the Branch.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Lead the team to meet and exceed customers' expectations.
  • Facility Management: Maintain operation of a clean, organized, and well-maintained facility.
  • Sales Growth: Work with the sales team to grow sales volume.
Requirements
  • 2+ years management experience in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Post-secondary education - graduate of a diploma or degree program.
  • Retail leadership experience would be an asset.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed financial goals of the branch.
  • An understanding of Process Improvement (Lean/Six Sigma) would be an asset.
  • Proven people management with experience in performance management.
  • A team player who is highly organized with excellent time management skills.
