Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to fill the role of Interim Branch Manager at J.D. Irving, Limited. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and managing the operational side of our business, ensuring the functional efficiency of our warehouse, and promoting a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Leadership and Management: Provide strategic direction and leadership to the branch team, ensuring the achievement of business objectives and goals.
  2. Operational Efficiency: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring the efficient use of resources and the maintenance of a clean, organized, and well-maintained facility.
  3. Safety and Risk Management: Promote and support all safety initiatives, ensuring a safe working environment for all employees.
  4. Customer Satisfaction: Lead the team to meet and exceed customer expectations, ensuring high-quality products and services are delivered.
  5. Performance Management: Develop and implement performance improvement plans, ensuring the branch meets and exceeds financial goals.
Requirements
  1. Leadership Experience: 2+ years of management experience in a fast-paced environment, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding financial goals.
  2. Education: Post-secondary education, with a degree or diploma in a relevant field.
  3. Skills and Qualifications: Proven ability to lead and manage a team, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a strong understanding of business processes and performance improvement.
