Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Branch Manager to lead our Moncton, New Brunswick operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for achieving key performance measures and providing safety leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Safety Leadership: Ensure a safe working environment for all employees and customers.
  2. Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day activities of the Moncton Branch and Northern New Brunswick operations.
  3. Leadership and Team Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with the operations team and customers.
  4. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement long-term plans to deliver continued value to customers and affiliates.
  5. Financial Management: Manage budgets, revenue, and expenses for the Branch.
  6. Employee Management: Assess, manage, and motivate direct reports.
  7. Client Relations: Maintain client relationships and actively promote solutions.
  8. Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree with concentration in Operations or Engineering, or Associate's Degree with equivalent experience.
  2. Experience: Minimum of 5 years' experience in a related industry; management experience in construction and a unionized environment strongly preferred.
  3. Skills: Strong technical background, effective interpersonal and communications skills, and a track record of strong leadership and team building skills.
  4. Language: Bilingual in English/French is required.
  5. Travel: Travel within Atlantic Canada may be required.
