Interim Branch Manager

We are seeking an experienced Interim Branch Manager to lead our Saint John Branch. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational side of the business, ensuring the functional efficiency of the warehouse, and supervising the operational activities of the Branch.
Key Responsibilities- Promote a Safe Working Environment: Foster a culture of safety and well-being among team members, ensuring a safe working environment that meets regulatory requirements.
- Optimize Warehouse Efficiency: Analyze and improve warehouse operations to increase productivity, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Lead Operational Activities: Supervise and direct the operational activities of the Branch, ensuring seamless execution of business processes and goals.
- Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Lead the team to meet and exceed customers' expectations, building strong relationships and driving sales growth.
- Maintain a Clean and Organized Facility: Ensure the Branch operates in a clean, organized, and well-maintained facility, reflecting positively on the company's image.
- Collaborate with Sales Team: Work closely with the sales team to grow sales volume, identifying opportunities and implementing strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Leadership Experience: 2+ years of management experience in a fast-paced environment, with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams.
- Education: Post-secondary education, with a degree or diploma from a reputable institution.
- Retail Leadership: Retail leadership experience is an asset, with a strong understanding of business processes and performance improvement.
- Financial Acumen: Proven ability to meet and exceed financial goals of the branch, with a strong understanding of financial management and analysis.
- Process Improvement: Familiarity with Process Improvement methodologies, such as Lean or Six Sigma, is an asset.
- People Management: Proven people management skills, with experience in performance management and team development.
- Team Player: A team player with excellent time management skills, able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
