Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and client-focused Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Midway Esso. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our sales floor, ensuring a positive customer experience, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of 3-4 sales floor staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Merchandise Management: Order and manage merchandise inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and efficient stockroom operations.
- Sales and Customer Service: Sell merchandise, resolve customer complaints, and provide excellent customer service to drive sales growth and customer loyalty.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions and drive improvement.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of retail sales experience.
- Language: English.
