Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Smoke & Vape 82. As a key member of our retail staff, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring a positive customer experience, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, ensuring they are meeting sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately counted and stored.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management, highlighting areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
  • Store Maintenance: Ensure the store is clean, tidy, and well-maintained, adhering to company standards.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced retail environment
  • Physical Demands: Walking, sitting, standing for extended periods
  • Personal Suitability: Flexibility, organized, reliability, team player, ability to multitask
