Key Responsibilities- Hiring and Training: Recruit, train, and develop a team of cashiers to provide excellent customer service and meet sales targets.
- Merchandise Management: Order and manage inventory, ensuring that our store is well-stocked and that products are displayed attractively.
- Scheduling and Workload Management: Create and manage schedules to ensure that our store is adequately staffed during peak periods.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, resolving any issues that may arise and ensuring that customers leave our store satisfied.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Supervision and Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our cashiers, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail environment.
- Work Setting: Retail business.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, handling heavy loads, attention to detail, combination of sitting, standing, walking, standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, kneeling.
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, organized, reliability, team player, dependability, excellent written communication, initiative.
