- Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Sales and Revenue: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, including analyzing sales data and making recommendations for improvement.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering merchandise, tracking stock levels, and minimizing waste.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, providing insights and recommendations to management.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking
- Language: English
- Work Schedule: 30 to 40 hours per week
