Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at Midway Esso. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our retail store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales floor staff, ensuring they are meeting sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.
  • Operations and Logistics
    • Oversee the receipt, storage, and display of merchandise, ensuring that stock levels are maintained and that the store is visually appealing.
    • Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving merchandise, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, analyzing sales trends and identifying opportunities for growth.
    • Monitor and analyze customer feedback, making recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail management role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
    • Ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions.
    • Strong customer service skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Work Environment

As a Retail Store Manager at Midway Esso, you will work in a dynamic and fast-paced retail environment. You will be responsible for leading a team of sales floor staff and working closely with other departments to achieve sales and customer service goals.
