Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at 2587855 Alberta Inc. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and train a team of sales associates to provide exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • Manage store inventory, including ordering merchandise and maintaining accurate stock levels.
  • Establish and maintain a positive work environment, promoting teamwork and a culture of excellence.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement sales strategies and promotions.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
