Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Lacombe City Mart. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and train a team of sales associates to provide excellent customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • Manage store inventory, including ordering merchandise and authorizing returns.
  • Establish and maintain a positive work environment, promoting a culture of teamwork and respect.
  • Prepare and analyze sales reports to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Collaborate with the store management team to achieve business objectives and improve store performance.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of retail management experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and train a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position, working 30-40 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.

Language
