Job Description

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and market share within your assigned territory. Your primary objective will be to develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to convert, promote, and consolidate key categories within assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key dealers and customers to drive sales growth and market share.
  • Plan and manage sales budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics to ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform sales strategies and optimize results.
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of relevant experience in sales management, preferably in a pressurized environment.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and market share in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Power tool/Power tool Accessory knowledge/experience an asset.
