Job Title: Regional Sales Director-Western Canada

Job Summary:

Sunbelt Rentals is seeking a Regional Sales Director-Western Canada to lead our sales efforts in the Western Canada region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets and customer satisfaction goals
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop sales strategies
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to sales team members to enhance their skills and performance
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of sales experience with a proven track record of success
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
