Position Overview

The primary focus of this role is to achieve complete market penetration within designated categories, channels, and regions, while executing strategic initiatives to meet and exceed sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective sales programs and strategies for key distributors within the assigned region, aimed at converting, promoting, and solidifying essential categories for Bosch.
  • Establish a sustainable territory to fulfill the objectives and metrics set by management.
  • Plan for consistent growth on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis while adhering to the Travel and Expense budget.
  • Responsibilities encompass scheduling, order placement, presentation development, suggested orders, and other collaborative efforts to enhance market share and sales volume in the territory.
  • Willingness to travel overnight up to 7 days per month to engage with customers and develop the territory as required.
Qualifications
  • A degree from a college or university is advantageous.
  • Over 6 years of relevant experience in territory management, partner relations, and client engagement in a high-pressure environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines, showcasing strong organizational skills.
  • Experience or knowledge in power tools and accessories is beneficial.
