Regional Sales Director-Western Canada

About the Role

Sunbelt Rentals is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Sales Director to lead our Western Canada region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive growth and revenue in the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Key Account Program: Set quarterly goals for key accounts, provide support and information to district managers, and call on national, strategic, and key account customers to develop relationships and promote products and services.
  • Sales Support: Work with regional vice president and district managers to develop and facilitate sales training initiatives, strategies for sales territory coverage, rate initiatives, and fleet on rent goals.
  • Operational Support: Work with regional vice president to develop and implement regional go-to-market strategies, support fleet rent ready standard, and develop and implement facility appearance standards for all facilities in the region.

Qualifications

  • College degree in business or equivalent experience
  • 5-7 years of proven sales experience
  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills
  • Ability to coach, mentor, and develop subordinates
  • Ability to operate across all functions of the company from senior levels down
  • Previous proven supervisory skills
  • Ability to handle multiple projects
  • Must be able to motivate, inspire, and achieve results through others
  • Proven ability to drive results in a manner consistent with Sunbelt values and goals
