Role Summary

As the Sales Director for the Southwestern Ontario region, you will be instrumental in driving business expansion by enhancing production and sales in accordance with our regional sales strategy. Your responsibilities will include managing critical advisor relationships, overseeing sales cases, and providing practice management support, as well as recruiting new advisors to join our dynamic team. Success in this role will require effective collaboration with other sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enhance sales performance among key advisors
  • Build and nurture relationships with advisors through strategic business planning and educational initiatives
  • Recruit and onboard new advisors to our organization
  • Deliver training and ongoing support to advisors
  • Engage in industry events to elevate our brand presence

Qualifications and Experience:

  • A minimum of 8 years of relevant industry experience
  • Previous experience in insurance sales is preferred
  • In-depth knowledge of family and business insurance products
  • Familiarity with PPI tools and resources
  • Understanding of the high net worth market
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • Capacity to adapt swiftly to meet the needs of advisors

Education and Certifications:

  • Life insurance license is mandatory
  • CFP and CLU designations (or in progress) are preferred
