Qualifications

  • Preferred experience in specialty retail or a similar environment
  • Willingness to adapt, learn, and engage with all facets of the store
  • Proven dedication to delivering an outstanding employee and customer experience
  • Ability to remain mobile on the sales floor for extended periods
  • Capability to lift medium to large items, up to 40 pounds, using appropriate safety techniques
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and early mornings as needed
  • Bilingualism (French/English) is essential for positions in specific regions; additional languages are a plus
