- Contribute to a culture where health and safety are prioritized, ensuring active participation in maintaining a safe environment for all
- Respond to customer feedback promptly and take responsibility for outcomes

Qualifications
- Preferred experience in specialty retail or a similar environment
- Willingness to adapt, learn, and engage with all facets of the store
- Proven dedication to delivering an outstanding employee and customer experience
- Ability to remain mobile on the sales floor for extended periods
- Capability to lift medium to large items, up to 40 pounds, using appropriate safety techniques
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and early mornings as needed
- Bilingualism (French/English) is essential for positions in specific regions; additional languages are a plus
