About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Seasonal Sales Associate to join our team at Pandora NAM. As a Seasonal Sales Associate, you will be the ultimate Pandora Fan, responsible for delivering a world-class experience to our customers, surpassing sales goals, and continually finding innovative ways to engage and attract our fans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, building a genuine connection with our fans and exceeding individual and store sales goals.
  • Embody the store culture, showcasing passion for our brand and shining as an extraordinary brand ambassador.
  • Create unforgettable shopping moments by displaying excellent product knowledge and building brand loyalty.
  • Craft loyal fans by authentically engaging and fostering lasting connections beyond transactions.
  • Uphold merchandising and retail operational standards, ensuring a smooth and on-brand operation.
Requirements
  • Demonstrate a results-oriented selling approach.
  • Exhibit exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on care and empathy.
  • Showcase the ability to charm and captivate an audience, connecting with people at all levels of the organization.
  • Meet the minimum age requirement of 18 years and provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
  • Embody a flexible and adventurous mindset, with a willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays, and meet the physical demands of the role.
