  • Deliver a world-class customer experience, ensuring that every customer leaves the store feeling valued and satisfied.
  • Exceed individual and store sales goals by building strong relationships with customers and providing exceptional product knowledge.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Pandora products and trends, and use this knowledge to inspire customers and drive sales.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Uphold merchandising and retail operational standards, ensuring a smooth and on-brand operation.
