About the Role:

The Seasonal Sales Ambassador will be the ultimate Pandora brand advocate. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, exceeding sales goals, and continually finding innovative ways to engage and attract our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Sales: Build a genuine connection with our customers to exceed individual and store sales goals.
  • Embody the Brand: Embrace the store culture filled with passion for our brand, where team members shine as extraordinary brand ambassadors.
  • Create Unforgettable Moments: Display excellent product knowledge and build brand loyalty by creating an unforgettable shopping experience.
  • Craft Loyal Customers: Authentically engage and foster lasting connections beyond transactions.
  • Uphold Operational Standards: Ensure a smooth and on-brand operation by upholding merchandising and retail operational standards.
  • Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned to support the team and drive business results.

Requirements:

  • Results-Oriented Seller: Demonstrate a proven track record of sales success and a results-driven approach.
  • Effective Communicator: Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on care and empathy.
  • Audience Engagement: Know how to charm and captivate an audience with the ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization.
  • Availability: Be at least 18 years old and able to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
  • Adaptability: Embrace a flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays, with the ability to stand for extended periods and lift 50+ pounds.
