About the Role:

The Seasonal Sales Associate will be the ultimate Pandora brand ambassador, delivering a world-class experience to customers and exceeding sales goals. This role requires a passion for the brand, excellent product knowledge, and the ability to build strong relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Sales: Exceed individual and store sales goals by building a genuine connection with customers and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Pandora products, including features, benefits, and styling options.
  • Customer Engagement: Create an unforgettable shopping experience by displaying excellent product knowledge, building brand loyalty, and fostering lasting connections with customers.
  • Store Operations: Uphold merchandising and retail operational standards, ensuring a smooth and on-brand operation.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals and provide support as needed.

Requirements:

  • Results-Oriented: Demonstrate a results-oriented approach to sales, with a focus on exceeding individual and store sales goals.
  • Excellent Communication: Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to connect with customers at all levels of the organization.
  • Flexibility: Be available to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Physical Demands: Stand for extended periods, lift 50+ pounds, and arrive on time for work.
