Customer Experience Specialist

BRC Group - Tayco and BRC is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through all stages of the order lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain open communication with customers to achieve maximum customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure accurate data entry from customer Purchase Orders into our 2020 system.
  • Coordinate all assigned orders efficiently and effectively.
  • Notify customers, dealers, and sales reps of order issues and provide workable solutions.
  • Collaborate with the production team to expedite orders and accommodate special delivery requests.
  • Provide prompt and accurate freight quotes.
  • Assist with order corrections and sample requests.
  • Support customers with warranty requests.
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of experience in customer-facing roles, with a focus on customer service and order management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work irregular hours and extended shifts as needed.
  • Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Furniture knowledge and experience is a requirement, with experience at an office furniture dealer and/or furniture manufacturer being an asset.
Added Value:
  • Post-secondary degree or diploma.
  • Experience reading and interpreting architectural plans, specifications, and elevations.
  • One to two years of related work experience in commercial office furniture, architecture, and interior design, commercial real estate, or construction.
  • Professional selling skills and business acumen.
  • Excellent customer service, project coordination, and negotiating skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Good collaborative and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Working Conditions:
  • Some travel is required.
  • Ability to attend and conduct presentations.
  • Manual dexterity required to use desktop computer and peripherals.
  • Overtime as required.

BRC Group - Tayco and BRC offers a competitive salary range of $50,000 to $55,000, as well as a range of benefits and opportunities for growth and advancement.
