Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Om Sai Namah Inc. As a key member of our dining staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Portion and package food items for take-out and delivery.
    • Restock food and beverage supplies as needed.
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation
    • Maintain a clean and sanitary environment in the dining area, kitchen, and storage areas.
    • Clean and sanitize equipment, utensils, and dishes.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries and concerns.
    • Resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Inventory and Supply Management
    • Receive, unpack, and store supplies and inventory.
    • Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies to management.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • Will train.
  • Physical Demands
    • Fast-paced environment.
    • Physically demanding.
    • Work under pressure.
