Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Portion and wrap foods according to menu specifications.
    • Package take-out food and ensure it is ready for customers to collect.
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation
    • Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work surfaces.
    • Ensure that all food preparation areas are clean and sanitized at all times.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Take customer orders and ensure that they are fulfilled accurately and efficiently.
  • Inventory and Stock Management
    • Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.
    • Ensure that all inventory is accurately counted and recorded.
  • Security and Safety
    • Ensure that all security and safety protocols are followed at all times.
    • Report any security or safety concerns to management immediately.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • Will train.

Work Environment

As a Food Service Attendant at Om Sai Namah Inc, you will be working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You will be required to work under pressure and maintain a high level of productivity and accuracy at all times.
