Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Attendant to join our team at Om Sai Namah Inc. As a Food Service Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and sanitary environment in the kitchen and dining areas, including washing dishes, sanitizing equipment, and disposing of waste.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and cook simple food items, such as heating and finishing dishes, and portioning and wrapping food for customers.
  • Customer Service: Serve customers at counters or buffet tables, take orders, and handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Inventory Management: Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: Will train.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
