We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at DQ Grill & Chill. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation and Service: Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items, including portioning and wrapping foods, and serving customers at counters or buffet tables.
- Inventory Management: Keep records of food quantities used, stock refrigerators and salad bars, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Customer Service: Take customers' orders, use manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice, and trim foodstuffs, and wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruit.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure efficient service and maintain a positive work environment.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a food service environment
- Language: Fluency in English
- Work Schedule: 30 to 40 hours per week
