We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Card Transaction Services.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This includes managing contracts, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences.
- Scheduling: Schedule appointments and confirm meetings with clients and colleagues.
- Contract Management: Manage contracts, including reviewing and updating contract terms.
- Office Supplies: Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
- Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel, itineraries, and make reservations as needed.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to clients and colleagues.
- Research: Conduct research as required to support our team's work.
- Data Entry: Perform data entry tasks as needed.
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, proficiency in MS Office, and ability to work independently.
