Job Title: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Desi Bar and Grill. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting our staff in their daily tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our staff, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Event Coordination: Assist with the coordination of seminars, conferences, and other events, ensuring that all logistical details are taken care of.
  • HR Support: Provide support to our HR department, including coordinating staff consultation and grievance procedures, and ensuring that all HR-related tasks are completed in a timely manner.
  • Communication: Coordinate the flow of information within the team, ensuring that all staff members are informed and up-to-date on important matters.
  • Operations: Direct and control daily operations, including supervising other workers and training them as needed.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
