Customer Success Manager

The Customer Success Manager is a key role at Docebo, responsible for empowering our customers to achieve their business goals and maximize the value of our platform. This role will work closely with a portfolio of customers to understand their needs, provide expert guidance, and ensure successful adoption and utilization of Docebo.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Be the primary point of contact and advocate for Docebo customers, providing exceptional support and guidance to drive business outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Docebo's product suite and learning management system (LMS) adoption best practices, providing expert consultation and guidance to customers.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their business and learning strategy, providing tailored solutions and recommendations to drive successful implementation and realization of business outcomes.
  • Manage customer expectations and provide proactive support to ensure seamless adoption and utilization of Docebo products and services.
  • Work closely with internal teams and resources to provide an exceptional Docebo experience for customers, driving upsell and cross-sell opportunities and account retention.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in a customer success role, with a proven track record of driving business outcomes and customer satisfaction.
  • Experience working with B2B accounts in the SaaS industry, with a strong understanding of learning management systems and business strategy.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and rapport with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations and varying work volumes, with a strong problem-solving mindset and self-driven approach.
