Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify new business opportunities and cultivate strong client relationships
  • Collaborate across multiple platforms including television, digital, radio, and out-of-home advertising
  • Develop strategic sales initiatives to achieve revenue goals
  • Create compelling sales presentations and proposals
  • Consistently exceed sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
  • Partner with internal teams to develop creative solutions for clients
  • Maintain accurate sales activity tracking and forecasting
  • Participate in industry events and networking opportunities
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of proven sales experience, media experience preferred
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Self-motivated with a demonstrated history of exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized, results-oriented, and a team player
  • Knowledge of the broadcast industry and sales tools
  • Flexible and creative problem-solving abilities
