Position Overview:

The role involves supporting the management of product excellence while enhancing the company's offerings, technical expertise, and brand reputation among clients. Engages with customers to foster relationships and ensure satisfaction. Contributes to ongoing enhancements and upholding our Quality Assurance System.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducts site visits and performs continuous testing of concrete and raw materials in accordance with CSA & ASTM standards. Collects and analyzes test data using statistical quality control methods.
  • Advocates for value-added solutions and gathers market intelligence and project details.
  • Oversees and organizes the effective utilization of materials, tools, and personnel.
  • Suggests adjustments to current quality or production standards and procedures.
  • Monitors and evaluates the performance of third-party Concrete Testing Services.
  • Undertakes additional responsibilities as required.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a Civil Engineering Technician (CET) program or a related field.
  • Basic proficiency in computer applications (Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel).
  • Capability to perform outdoor physical tasks.
  • Experience in the construction sector is advantageous.
  • Possession of a valid G2 or G class driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift weights up to 50lbs.
