Position Overview:

The role involves supporting the management of product excellence while enhancing the company’s offerings, technical expertise, and brand reputation among clients. The individual will engage with customers, fostering relationships and providing assistance in ongoing enhancements and adherence to our Quality Management System.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct site visits to perform continuous CSA & ASTM testing on concrete and raw materials, documenting results and utilizing statistical quality control methods.
  • Advocate for value-added solutions and gather insights on market trends and project specifics.
  • Oversee and strategize the effective utilization of materials, tools, and workforce.
  • Suggest adjustments to current quality or production benchmarks and protocols.
  • Evaluate and oversee the operations of third-party Concrete Testing Services.
  • Undertake additional responsibilities as required.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a Civil Engineering Technician (CET) program or a related field.
  • Basic proficiency in computer applications (Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel).
  • Capability to perform physical tasks outdoors.
  • Experience in the construction sector is advantageous.
  • Possession of a valid G2 or G class driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift weights up to 50lbs.
