Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Server to join our team at Tumbleweed Lounge. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Food and Beverage Service: Prepare and serve specialty food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Order Management: Present bills to customers and accept payment in cash, credit, or debit cards.
  • Menu Knowledge: Describe menu items, including daily specials, to customers in a clear and concise manner.
  • Inventory Management: Order and maintain inventory of wines and wine glassware.
  • Assisting Guests: Assist clients/guests with special needs and provide exceptional customer service.
Support for Diverse Groups
  • Support for Newcomers and Refugees: Participate in a government or community program that supports newcomers and refugees.
  • Support for Youths: Participate in a government or community program that supports youth employment.
  • Support for Veterans: Participate in a government or community program that supports Veterans.
  • Support for Indigenous People: Participate in a government or community program that supports Indigenous people.
  • Support for Visible Minorities: Participate in a government or community program that supports members of visible minorities.
Work Environment
  • Work Term: Permanent position.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 40 hours per week.
