Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant General Manager to join our team at Papa John's. As a Restaurant General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our business runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management
- Lead and manage a team of restaurant staff, including shift managers, servers, and kitchen staff.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Monitor and control labor costs, inventory, and other operational expenses.
- Customer Service
- Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service and that their needs are met.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Business Operations
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including scheduling, inventory management, and cash handling.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and revenue growth.
- Monitor and analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Team Development
- Develop and implement training programs to improve staff skills and knowledge.
- Provide coaching and feedback to staff to help them improve their performance.
- Education
- College or CEGEP diploma.
- Experience
- At least 1 year of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Skills
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
This is a permanent, full-time position. The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
