Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Himeji Japanese Cuisine Ltd. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of food service staff.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management
- Supervise and train a team of 5-10 food and beverage servers
- Establish work schedules and ensure efficient use of resources
- Monitor and maintain high standards of customer service and quality control
- Operations and Administration
- Estimate and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies
- Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and wastage
- Maintain accurate records of staff performance and customer feedback
- Customer Service and Relations
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service and a positive dining experience
- Education and Experience
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Skills and Abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and walk
