Print Press Operator
  • Full-time position
  • English as the primary working language
  • Work hours range from 36 to 48 hours weeklyQualifications
  • Completion of high school or equivalent experience requiredKey Responsibilities
  • Install plates or cylinders and perform necessary adjustments
  • Manage ink levels and ensure proper color and viscosity
  • Prepare the press and run initial tests at a reduced speed to evaluate samples
  • Oversee ongoing press operations for quality assurance via a computer control console
  • Detach and clean plates and cylinders as needed
  • Notify supervisor of any equipment issues
  • Carry out cleaning and maintenance tasks
  • Load and unload production machinery
  • Support skilled tradespeople in their tasks
  • Modify machinery and equipment settings as requiredEssential Skills
