About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at MOBILE KLINIK. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales floor staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts and efficient stockroom operations.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Analyze sales data and trends to inform merchandising decisions, ensuring that our store is always stocked with the latest and most popular products.
  • Store Operations: Oversee the maintenance of the store's physical environment, including cleaning, repairs, and maintenance of equipment and fixtures.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular sales reports and analysis to management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience
  • Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
