About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Supervisor to join our team at Twenty Four Karats. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and manage a team of sales staff, including apprentices, stages hands, and design team members, to ensure they are meeting sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
  • Sales and Operations: Assign sales staff to duties, manage inventory, and oversee the ordering and return of merchandise.
  • Training and Development: Hire, train, and develop staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, merchandising reports, and personnel reports to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Store Management: Manage the overall operations of the retail store, including cash handling, payroll administration, and performance reviews.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.
