About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Twenty Four Karats. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and manage a team of sales staff, including apprentices, sales associates, and design team members, to ensure they are meeting sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
  • Sales Floor Management: Assign sales staff to duties, manage sales floor operations, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, including receiving and processing shipments, and conducting regular inventory counts.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, resolve customer complaints, and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular sales reports, analyze sales data, and provide insights to management on sales trends and customer behavior.
  • Training and Development: Train and develop sales staff to improve their sales skills and knowledge, and provide coaching and feedback to ensure they are meeting sales targets.
  • Store Operations: Oversee store operations, including managing cash handling, processing transactions, and maintaining store security.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
